When you write, include your iPhone model and iOS version — it helps a lot. There are no logs to attach: Kada collects none.
Frequently asked
- Is my data synced online? No. Kada has no account and no cloud — everything lives on your device. It is included in your normal iPhone backup (iCloud or computer).
- How do I move to a new iPhone? Restore the new phone from your backup and Kada's data comes with it.
- How do I change the language? Profile → "Language" — System, Português, English, Español or Deutsch.
- How do I start over? Profile → "Erase all data" erases everything permanently. "Replay intro" shows the introduction again.
- Why is there no login? By design: Kada cannot collect your data. See the privacy policy.
